We are readily available to provide prompt, professional, personalized inpatient medical care to your patients. We operate and have someone on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365-days per year. There is also an in-house provider available for the majority of that time. This allows us to be accessible to the patients and their families to answer questions and review treatment strategies.
Procare Hospitalists have a strong rapport with hospital staff, administration, consultants, and community members to help each patient’s transition from hospital to home be as seamless and easy as possible. Our primary goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to all our patients through the entirety of their hospital stay. Our support staff will provide regular notifications about admission and discharges to ensure prompt follow-up can be established. Procare Hospitalists believe communication is key and therefore we work closely with patients and their family to answer any questions pertaining to illness, medications, or any other treatment process before, during, or after hospitalization. In addition to keeping up to date on the latest developments in caring for hospitalized patients, our inpatient hospitalist team specializes in using hospital resources to their best and safest advantage in caring for you. They meet daily with your nurse to coordinate your care so that you may recover more quickly and go home sooner. A hospital stay can be a stressful and emotional experience for you and your family. It’s comforting to know that your hospitalist team is always available for your healthcare needs or to answer any questions. Patients and family members are encouraged to ask questions and discuss their care with the hospitalist.
